Our governance structure

The Sussex Researcher School oversees the institutional governance for both postgraduate researchers (PGRs) and early career researchers (ECRs).

In recognition of the distinct needs and experiences of PGRs and ECRs, Sussex has dedicated committee structures for each group. In both cases, the structures feed in to University Research and Innovation Committee, which in turn feeds in to Senate.
