Postgraduate Researcher Experience Sub-Committee
The PGR Experience Sub-Committee (PGR ESC), a sub-committee of the Postgraduate Researcher Sub-Committee (PGRSC), is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the experience of PGRs at the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ.
Remit
The PGR ESC's terms of reference are available here, and are reviewed annually. Broadly, the PGR ESC is responsible for promoting PGR wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, and effective cross-institutional communication regarding PGRs; overseeing PGR training and development, and that of PGR supervisors; and monitoring PGR employment outcomes.

Colleagues wishing to submit an item for discussion at a meeting of the PGR ESC should contact researcher-school@sussex.ac.uk in good time before the meeting at which they wish their item to be discussed. In all cases, the deadline for papers is two weeks prior to the meeting.
