Ms Sherene Jose
Sherene joins the Council with 18 years of experience across Financial Services and Strategy.
Most recently, Sherene was Head of Strategic Planning at the London Stock Exchange Group, helping ‘translate strategy into execution’. She enabled Transformation at the Group following the $27 billion acquisition of Refinitiv, by setting the operational cadence for the Executive Committee and company and leveraging tools such as the Reward Framework and Capital Allocation.
She has previously worked in Mastercard in strategy & business execution and as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She has also worked in Capital Markets with Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered. Previous non-exec experience includes a tenure as a Trustee for a charity and a stint as a Board Observer at the University of Cambridge’s Audit Committee.
Sherene has an MBA from London Business School, a Chartered Financial Analyst Qualification and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore.
