Management Referral
Referrals to Occupational Health should be made by a line manager. Managers who wish to refer an employee will now need to make the referral via the online system provided by Heales Medical. However, if support or assistance is needed to make a referral, please contact your HR Associate.
- Managers will need to email HRAssociate@sussex.ac.uk to request access to the referral portal the first time a referral is made via the new system. Please refer to this user guide when making a referral: Creating a Management Referral [PDF 106.43KB]
