Dr Olivia Hum is a local GP in Lewes and one of a small number of British Menopause Society recognised menopause specialists. She believes in holistic care, which looks at not only the physical, but also the psychological ways in which symptoms can affect you. Her website is available .

The Quaker Chaplain at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ, Jason Evans, is also a hypnotherapist and can help privately with a range of issues, including help with some of the symptoms of Menopause. See his web page '' for more information.

Wider Initiatives and Government Policy

The Women and Equalities Select Committee published its report on '' in July 2022. The  was published on 24 January 2023.
