In addition to the Poster Presentations, the Design students' final project work is showcased during the Design Show which is part of the School Exhibition.

Placement Student Poster Presentation

Who...

All placement year Engineering & Design and Informatics undergraduate students.

What...

As part of your placement year you will be participating in a poster presentation when you return to campus for your final year.

Why...

The poster presentation is a great opportunity for you to showcase your industrial placement year in the form of an A1 portrait poster* and discuss your experience with your peers and teaching staff.

Where...

This year the poster presentation will be held in the TBC; boards will be provided for exhibiting your posters.

When...

The exhibition will take place on Date: TBC

*The poster size and orientation is decided for you and you must not deviate from this, otherwise you will not be able to display your poster on the designated display stands provided by the School. This may sound trivial, but working to specific briefs is a skill you will find very useful when working on real world projects and assignments — remember that your work is marked for accuracy, attention to detail and how well you have followed the brief.
