Biography

I worked at the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ from March 2015 through November 2019 as Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Information Systems, following a two-year Post-doc appointment at Royal Holloway, University of London. I obtained Fellowship status of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in December 2016 and tenure in May 2017. During my years at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ, I held important leadership roles, including Co-Director of the Future of Work Hub and Deputy Course Director for the Business and Management Studies BSc. I was also part of the teams that led the Business School to EQUIS and AMBA accreditation, as well as a Co-I on the £8-million grant application that enabled the creation of the Digital Futures at Work (aka DigIT) Research Centre.

I left Sussex in November 2019 to join (Madrid Campus) as an Associate Professor of Management. Since then, I have been affiliated to Sussex as a Visiting Senior Lecturer, continuing to be involved in collaborative projects with Sussex-based colleagues, PhD supervisions, DigIT-related projects, and other activities. My publication record on SRO encapsulates my published work through November 2019, which is when I formally left my faculty position at ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ, and does not include work published later unless co-authored by Sussex-based colleagues. For further details on my current activities, please visit , , or any of my social media accounts (e.g.  or on ).
