If you use software from the Adobe Creative Cloud on a Sussex PC or Mac (for example Acrobat DC, Photoshop, InDesign or Premiere Pro), you will be asked to sign in to confirm that you're a member of the University.
In some cases, you will be asked to sign in again, even if you enter your correct details. This will prevent you from using the software.
Adobe have to resolving this issue (link to Adobe website).
