I have a desktop PC - what help can I get with setting it up to use the wired access connection?

The instructions for setting up your machine are the same for laptops and desktops, so you should first try setting it up yourself. You can find the instruction leaflet online at:

sussex.ac.uk/its/services/networkandstorage/networkandinternet

If you need further help, you can come along to IT Services in Shawcross and we'll help you get online. You will need to make an appointment to bring your base station with you, along with the power supply.
