The ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ Business School ranks first in research income for third year running

The ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ Business School retains the number one ranking in the UK for Business and Management research income, according to the UK’s Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS).
Released on Monday 6 January 2025, the report ranks the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ Business School highest among all UK business schools, receiving £6.7 million in research income for 2022/2023.
This significant funding is being used to tackle crucial global challenges in sustainability, energy demand, trade policy, equality, innovation and digital technologies. The School’s nine research centres are actively shaping the future by addressing pressing issues in our economy and society.
Professor Sasha Roseneil, Vice-Chancellor of the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ says:
"The sustained no.1 rank of the ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ Business School reflects the societal importance of the questions being asked by our innovative and ground-breaking business and management studies researchers, and the excellence and impact of their research."

The CABS report uses the latest data from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) on UK Business School funding from 2012/13 to 2022/2023.
