Media, Arts and Humanities Research Conversations: Human Flourishing
Wednesday 26 February 15:00 until 17:00
ÅÝܽ¶ÌÊÓƵ Campus : Silverstone
Part of the series: Media, Arts and Humanities Human Flourishing
The Media, Arts and Humanities Research Conversations bring together groups of faculty and PGRs around shared areas of research interest. They are informal, with the primary aim of encouraging connections and potentially sparking new ideas and collaborations.
They take the format of three parallel conversations, taking place in the Faculty's research hub in Silverstone. Each of the three themes has a facilitator, and run for around an hour and a half. Colleagues are then invited to come together for discussions in a larger group.
In Autumn 2022, the first three themes were: Activism; Creative Practice; and Translation. In Spring 2023, the second set of three themes were: Archives; Conflict/Violence; and Sound. In Autumn 2023, the three conversations related to the Institute's inaugural annual theme, Beginnings, and were: History; Creative Practice; and Climate.
This Spring 2025, the three themes for our Research Conversations will engage with the University's 2035 strategy for Human Flourishing.
More details to follow.
